Moved a pool table. Cost was average. Pool table arrived undamaged and appears to be operational. Have not checked the level. He promised us a receipt for the work. It's been 14 days. Unable to recontact.

Absolutely horrible from the start, and havent even got the pool table moved! I called and called only to get what seemed like a wrong number but was finally ablr to get in touch. The guy was supposed to call me again yesterday to set up the move time for today. I had to work around the sellers work, which including him taking off early to be there for the movers today and I have called and left several messages with the mover and still nothing! I dont know what to tell the sellers... Just aweful! If he does call im telling him to stick it where the sun dont shine!!

Im sorry for the inconvenience you have had. Unfortunately we did not confirm your appointment and I haven't received any calls or messages through thumbtack from you. I remember explaining that with the amount of time this job would require I would need at least half of a day at the end of this week to complete the task. I apologize for any error or miscommunication on my part. Hope you get the situation resolved soon!
