Almost a week in with using Chris as my personal trainer, I've dropped 6 pounds. I can tell a difference in how my clothes are fitting and I'm feeling better. I've used other personal trainers before and really saw no results. This has been a completely different experience for me. I'm seeing results which further motivate me to continue working hard. Eva & Henry Dubois, of Shifting Years Health and Fitness, simply put are the best trainers I have ever worked with. They are so experienced in fitness training, they will scale the training to the beginner, intermediate like me, or advanced like my son. I have always been impressed after workouts with them, but nothing compares to the job they did training my son for his black belt test. Eva not only trained him, one on one, but also counseled him on proper nutrition, with Henry assisting along the way. My son was noticeably leaner, faster and stronger, after being trained by team Dubois. I highly recommend them for any fitness training or counsel!

Martha is a very driven trainer. She is an expert in her field. I have never met anyone more dedicated to her job and the people she trains. She has a wealth of information on everything there is to know about building the human body. She pushes you harder than anyone I have ever trained with. Rachel was my first and only personal trainer, but even so, I can say with confidence that she is definitely the best. From the first session I had with her, I could sense how passionate she was about helping others reach their fitness goals. She is personable, as well as knowledgeable and I always looked forward to each session I had with her. She made sure to change up each session so I would constantly be challenged and also made an effort to make the workout fun. Rachel also took it upon herself to get to know me as a person, which I believe is one of the main reasons I loved working with her. She was my personal trainer, but she also became my friend. The only reason I'm not still working with her is because she moved to Birmingham to earn her PhD in Physical Therapy. That being said, I would highly recommend her as a trainer!

I have really enjoyed working with Jason as a personal trainer.. I was able to identify my goals and as a knowledgeable trainer he was able to individualize a work out plan and educate me on proper nutrition. Jason is passionate about his craft. I have tried all types of things to achieve my goals but only recently have I seen any real results. I feel that I can attribute those results to Jason's expertise, support, and encouragement to view fitness as a lifestyle.
Had a great experience at Body of Work. Constance is a great and knowledgeable trainer. All The exercises are demonstrated. The best part of the workout is at the end with the stretch performed by the trainer. Adam trains you very hard. He pushes you when you want to give up and also allows you to see how far you've come. He takes each workout in stride and reminds you that the results you request depend on how hard you work. Overall he is a great trainer and recommend him him
John is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. He takes the time to explain what muscles each exercise in targeting. The workout routine changes often which keeps me engaged and focused. He also explains how both diet and exercise work together. The information he provides makes it easy to manage your diet in order to achieve your weight lose goals. I'm very pleased to say that I lost 10 in the first month.
