The technician was prompt and clearly explained the issues with the unit, and provided repair or replacement options. We opted to replace the entire unit, as it was 20 plus years old. Four (4) days later the installation was completed by two (2) different techs. We were very pleased with the overall service and experience with XCalicur Plumbing, AC & Heating, Electrical and will use them again.

They were great, would definitely hire again. There was a small issue in that the wires were reversed in the new appliance cord they installed and I thought the gas burners were sparking because of the the appliance so had the appliance installer fix it instead of calling XCalibur back - just to have it done.

I hired this company to address an A/C leak that was leaking onto the hot water heater beneath it (very dangerous). I had another company fix it (through my home warranty). Exactly one month later, the issue returned. The service rep from XCalibur said the pipe actually needed to be replaced (showed me where the pipe was full of dirt and mold). I’m glad they figured this out because the problem would have surely returned. Very knowledgeable and professional rep. They arrived within 2 hours and were a huge blessing. I will use them again.
