- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! I am always reading and learning on the services where I specialize. I am consistently in pastoral training and development. While I have achieved a terminal degree, I am a forever learner. I also teach that is the best way to stay abreast of all new developments.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became a College President, because I was a witness to poor education options and wanted to serve and be a change agent in that arena. I became a professional motivational speaker, because I know of no better way to be used to serve and empower thousands! I became a minister, because God said so and HE is always right! Weddings: I personalize the vows as appropriate. I make sure that I know the couple and their aspirations together. I strive to give them the most beautiful sharing of vows and that finalizing kiss they could ever hope for. Group Motivation: I access the needs, the culture, and the expected outcomes.
