Dave, at Mid-South, did an excellent job for us. I had him add a stabilizing board to an antique headboard. It involved drilling and adding two screws. I was particularly concerned because of the age of the piece but he took care in doing it and the work seems to have solved the problem. I also had him hang two mirrors which were also antique pieces and very heavy. He was good about assessing the situation and figuring out the best way to hang them where I wanted them. He was also very courteous and fair in his pricing. I will not hesitate to call him again.Oct 11, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I’m not in this to try and get rich, God looks out for me and I get by just fine. I’ll give you an honest days work for an honest days pay. I try and be fair with my prices and be understanding in special situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I’ve learned that listing and asking a lot of questions is the best way especially when it comes to remodeling. Nothing worse than putting everything back together just to find out that you and the homeowners aren’t on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Just talked about all that a previous statement on how I got started with all this.
