Mr. Downs installed a microwave. I recently had this done at my business and it took 45 mins. He made the job last 1:30hrs. I watched him read instructions for 30mins. on my nannycam. So in the end he charged me double his quote. What a rip off. It made me sad because we've set aside several thousand for repairs and if he had more integrity. I would have given him additional work.

I am so sorry that you found my commitment to installing it correctly as a lack of integrity. It was a rather complicated install and I wanted to be sure I understood the process entirely. I quoted you an hourly rate so I'm unsure how I could have "doubled it" also. Hopefully next time you are able to find a worker who magically knows every aspect of the job without having to read the instructions. I am a very hard worker and want to do things as quickly as possible, but not at the expense of safety. Furthermore, you forgot to mention that I happily disposed of your old microwave for free.
