Substandard work with no follow-through. Agreed to repair stucco and flashing in May 2014. Used wrong materials on first attempt. Used wrong tool on second attempt. He said the repair was "unacceptable" and promised to "make it right." He was paid in full. He then cancelled/rescheduled numerous times due to weather, illness, obligations. In October, he finally agreed to complete the repairs but when we got home he had simply painted over the unacceptable repair and installed the flashing on one side (not both as was agreed upon). He no longer responds to calls or texts. His ad says, "Where quality beats quantity and price every time." His work quality and follow-through are deplorable. We gave him many opportunities to make it right. This is a NO-star recommendation.

John was supposed to do a lawn clean up. He cut down several branches along my fence line and threw them across the fence rather than carry them to the road side to be picked up. He only took about 4 branches of about 30 he cut down. He gathered leaves in two piles in the back yard and has yet to clear them. For a lawn care service that should've only taken 1 day, he left 2 days with it being incomplete. He called to say he would be back to removed the branches he cut but instead threw them across the fence on the second day. On a third day he was supposed to removed the piles of leaves but they are still sitting in my backyard now. I'm not calling or following up because as a professional this should be a top priority. Quality work. The price was relatively low but I would've rather paid more to have the work done at a higher standard because now I will have to hire someone else to finish what he didn't do. He was paid in full the first day.
