Matt Young was recommended to us and we contacted him. He and I talked at length of what we were looking for. We wanted a website that would be easy to navigate, would catch your eye as soon as it opened and had to meet certain functionality requirements. Matt took my suggestions, worked them into the template and within a week we had the basic design. He has a working knowledge of what we are looking for and his advice stays within those parameters. He can give a client exactly what they want, make suggestions without being pushy and he will always keep the client’s needs in mind.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Matt Young Designs is offering special discounts on certain services. We are also allowing for a FULL REFUND, including deposits, on photography and videography services if you're event is affected. To be eligible, you must be cancelling the event or be rescheduling for a day when we are already booked.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Matt Young Designs goal is a happy client 100% of the time. In an effort to maintain that level of excellence we always arrange a meeting with each client to discuss plans, goals, and the process of working with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While not formally educated, Matt Young has over 10 of years experience in the field of web development and design. He's also been working in media production, including videography, photography, and graphic design, for 5 years.
