FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start the process with a phone a conversation to get an idea of what the client is wanting in the photo session. Plus, talking with the client also gives both me and the client a sense that we can work together. That is a very important step. I want to be the right person for my client and know that I can meet his/her needs. I love to set up in person consultations if that is preferred. That way contracts can be signed as well as the client getting his or her hands on the products that I offer and have a coffee or tea. But if no in person consultation, I will send all of the contracts over electronically as well as payments. I have available monthly payments for your convenience. Once all of the necessities are done, I like for my clients to make a mood board for their session. I use pinterest or just shoot me some emails with images or descriptions of the ideal photos. I like to go the extra mile to make sure I get what the client wants. The session are fun and light hearted because who wants to be in the position of bad time and stressed out for photos. It shows in your face and hands. Typical portrait sessions take about 2 weeks or less for a turnaround. I prefer to meet in person for the viewing session so that we can decide which photos you like and which ones you love. I'm always aiming for the love status.
