Introduction: Blissful Wellness offers customized massage, yoga, Pilates, meditation and wellness coaching services. The owner has studied and has been practicing massage, yoga, Pilates and counseling since 1998. All services are available by house call (post vetting) or in-office/spa.
Rates include:
* Massages
- $90/60min
- $130/90min
* Private yoga/Pilates/meditation sessions are $50/hr
* Master’s Level Wellness coaching sessions are $100/hr
All services, except massage, are available virtually. Blissful Wellness also offers gift certificates and pre-paid package discounts.

Her work has been extremely effective in relieving stress and promoting healing in my aging body. She is an excellent teacher and resource person for me in exercise, yoga and nutrition. I price my services according to my skills and experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to vet new clients. Usually phone or zoom conversation first, then set a time for a consult. A consult could be a Yoga class! I teach Wed and Thurs evenings in Fairhope.
