- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My event cakes begin at $4.00 per serving. Carved or specially shaped cakes are constructed with a minimum charge. However, each cake is different and has its own unique qualities. We bake and decorate cakes especially for you, with your specific event in mind. Our cakes are each custom designed to delight you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to sharpen my skills in the culinary area, cake decoration all in the art of sugarcraft, and in new cooking techniques. Also I stay abreast of business and personnel management. I have a wonderful group of professionals who assist me--I wouldn't think of doing without my support team!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, I kind of "fell into it" having learned from my mother, a great southern foods cook! People just began asking me to do their events.
