Mr. Curtis Dycus has just finished, delivered and hung my special kitchen shelf. I have waited so long to find someone who could envision what I wanted. A soon as we met and discussed what I visioned he immediately caught on to what I wanted. In approximately 2.5 weeks he had it ready, and his workmanship is superb. I am so elated that Thumbtack was able to send him for this job. I will certainly promote his work to friends and family and would look to him first for any other project i might have in the future. Curtis Dycus (Dycus Construction) is the real deal. After my wife and I moved to Madison last year and bought our home, we started several construction projects. After building a detached, two-story garage, landscaping the front and back yards, and renovating our main home, I can say that I have had some "interesting" experiences with local contractors; late starts, (EXTREMELY) missed suspenses, and several broken promises, to name a few. That's why Curtis was a breath of fresh air! He quoted us very reasonable prices, showed up on time, met his suspenses, and actually did more work than we expected (paid attention to detail). Bonus: he cleaned up after himself (all the others left me with sawdust, debris, and cigarette butts)! Curtis is our guy! I would personally recommend him for any work that you need to have done, and that's not just grading on the curve. I can't say enough good things about this guy to let you know how pleased we are that we found him. Tim M. Madison
