What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Definitely. All HVAC contractors in Alabama are required to do yearly continuing education. All Comfort Climate Service technicians are NATE certified in addition to the EPA certification. NATE has many different areas of certification. We take NATE courses as well as other courses covering new HVAC trends and technology.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Really take a look at customer reviews. They will tell you a lot about the strong and weak aspects about a company. I'm learning from customers that sometimes getting a 2nd opinion may save you a lot of money.
