I connected with Gabe to go over my concerns about if he can meet my requirements for the job. Gabe express interest and started communicating with me. Unfortunately, Gabe disappeared in the middle of our conversations. I respect his time and didn't receive the same mutual respect.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We often do not price our services based on a per hour rate. We find that discussing the value of the project, overall goals, along with the clients budget. In approaching price this way we are fairly compensated for our time and talent AND the client has a deeper relationship with reliable partner for the long haul. This keeps us from encountering a series of 1-off projects and keeps our client from adding a series of a-la-cart requests that will end up costing them more in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Meet & Greet where we get to know one another and then discuss your project and overall goals. 2. Collaborative Consultation - We go into the woods down, to the weed level and ensure that we have an adequate picture of what the client wants and what we agree to explore and deliver. 3. MVP draft - We deliver a rapid prototype to ensure that we are still targeting the clients needs. 4. First draft - The first fully developed, ready to be seen by millions, version of the project. The client gets an opportunity to provide comments for one round of edits. 5. Final Delivery - We deliver a final product for you to deploy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started working in a small animation studio creating edu-tainment for the K-12 market. There I learned every part of the production process from an Assistant producer Role, Writer, Voice Over recording, Character Design, 3D modelling, Animation, Editing, and Deployment. My career shifted to working with a prominent e-Learning company. There I created high end interactive scenario and simulation based training for major brands like Pepsico, Telus, Burger King, Swarovski and many others. It was a great way for me to understand both visual communication in learning as well as a deeper understanding of UI and UX. I relocated to Huntsville, AL to work with a contractor on interactive digital learning products. After a few years I decided to be like Thanos and just "do it myself". I started Knowlore Creative to give companies and small businesses direct access to my creative services.
