- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're almost never the cheapest option in the area, but our heavily-vetted cleaners, satisfaction guarantee, and easy scheduling interface make Merlin's Maids cleaning feel like magic!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll do a quick phone call to understand the size and state of the house, then we can generate a quote and schedule. Our cleaners show up on time, work hard, and will complete a walkthrough afterwards to ensure customer satisfaction. If anything was overlooked, the crew will handle it then and there, otherwise, we'll send them back for free. Customers pay for a clean house, and we'll make sure they get it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a high school teacher for almost a decade. I taught logic, rhetoric, medieval history and literature, and senior thesis. The skills I acquired as a teacher help me stay very clear and organized with my teams and operations, and a good communicator both to our cleaning crews and customers.
