FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be done two ways. If the clients scope of services is well defined then a flat rate can be agreed upon prior to the start of work. If the scope changes throughout the process, then the client will be notified and the agreed upon hourly rate will ensue. Design services can also be performed on the agreed upon hourly rate and the client will be invoiced on a monthly basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever a project is started with a new client, an initial consultation is held either in person or over the phone in order to get a better understanding of the scope of work, design style (or determine it if they are unsure), budget and their expectations from me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
