- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor time starts when we arrive at your house and ends when we place the last item where you want it. I'm not the cheapest, but I'm not the highest either. I offer a great price with great customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress free. We ask a few simple questions to gather important information needed to determine scope of work, crew size, customer information, give instant estimate, offer free onsite estimates for bigger jobs, follow 24/48 hrs prior to move date.

16 years experience in the moving industry. logistics and operations management, customer service, marketing.
