- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Alot of time it is really hard to price a job site unseen. I really have a problem giving a price from a price list. I have learned that a face to face estimate is always the best and reliable result.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Circumstances that tuned into a career and blessings. I needed a way to provide for my family. I was working a job delivering plumbing supplies and was offered a job in new construction. 25 years later, I'm a master plumber.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Water heater service and repair. Clogs, fixture repairs and replacement. I also get alot of hosebibb replacements too.
