Introduction: I treat my customers with respect. Many people who work in the computer field look down upon people who don't understand it the way they do. It is my job to give the customer what they want and teach them everything that I can about the equipment and devices they utilize everyday. I love being able to teach people things they thought they would never be able to understand. I also enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting problems inside a network and fixing them.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    It's important to find someone who knows what they are doing. It's more important to find someone who is honest. It's very easy for a computer technician to tell you he/she has done all kinds of work to your machine, when in actuality they only changed out the battery. Ask for an explanation before the work is done. If they won't do it, or they just rush through it, then I would go somewhere else.
