- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as Fair as I can in my pricing sometimes it may be higher than others but that is because our work is second to none. every price includes top-notch quality and services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone is different. I like to greet my customers first and let them give me a tour of their home, explaining any expectations they have. Then from there we get out our floor protection and wall protection on wood floors along with tile floors we put Masonite down on our walk path with carpet we use carpet Shield. It is important to protect and maintain the new home as well as the home being moved out of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by my father and critique for over 8 years until I started my own moving company. He is by far the reason why I am the mover I am today.
