- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you commit to change, we begin right away! Our working relationship launches with a 2-hour induction workshop where we dig deep to set a baseline of where you’ve been and where you are. Then the good stuff begins: figuring out who you want to be and how together we’re going to get there. We will meet for an hour, bi-weekly to review, evaluate, strategize, and act upon the change you are seeking.

There are dozens upon dozens coaching approaches and theories out there. Google it - you’ll see. Is mine the best? Maybe, maybe not. Does mine work? Absolutely, yes! I employ the tried by fire Co-Active approach to coaching. So what does that mean? It is a collaborative approach where we find the specific tools you need to be your best self. We enter a working relationship with respect, openness, compassion, empathy, and a rigorous commitment to speaking the truth. I come in believing that you are strong and capable; not weak, helpless, or dependent. Then we move beyond the fuzzy woo woo and drive into action. I believe you have the power of choice and together we search for all of the possibilities.
