Great experience working with him. He was able to install my bathroom faucet and gave me advice on what parts to get regarding my kitchen faucet. Plan to use him again for an upcoming installation. Highly Recommend.

Made contact with J&J on 6/14 & 6/15 through text msgs. Had set up a date and time (6/21 @ 5pm) to install fan on patio. He did not show nor did he call or text he would not be there. He sent a text msg the next morning, at 9:28, stating "sorry for the delay. Yesterday wasn't a good day after all for the install". He guaranteed he would not miss the next appt. if I still wanted the install. I reminded him he texted me, while he was doing an install job, and said he would be here at 5 pm. I also stated I could handle anything as long as notice was given. He couldn't even txt, call, email, etc. to let me know he wasn't coming. Then he tried to "flip the script" and said I did not touch base with him before 6/20. Needless to say, I "showed" him a copy of all text msgs and the fact I did contact him on 6/15. This person is totally unprofessional and not to be trusted.

Sir, we reached out to you on several occasions. You responded almost 2 weeks later. I provided several official screen shots to back these claims. However, you provided “copy and paste”, messages that you could have very well wrote up that same exact day. That will not suffice sir. Thanks for reaching out to J&J, have a good one.
