I prefer online training so that I can keep up with you all day and not just during the hour we would have together; it's also 50% less than my 1-ON-1 training. Additionally, I am willing to travel to you and train you either outdoors, at your residence or your office because that is where you are most comfortable. There is no guesswork in what I do because what I do gets results! 85 percent of my clients exceeded their fitness goals, 9 percent of my clients reached their fitness goals and 6 percent of my clients gave up within the first week. No offense to anyone of the hundreds of people I've trained over the past decade, but perhaps one of my fondest memories of training happened in the Summer of 2018. After nearly a decade of begging my wife to let me get her into better health, she finally, yet reluctantly allowed me to train her. After 12-weeks she became one of five finalists in the annual Quest Nutrition transformation challenge. People always ask, why do I only have one review. I had no idea what to expect when I decided to hire a personal trainer to help me with my weight problem. I guess I've watched too many movies where the personal trainer was more like a military drill sergeant than someone who actually cared about me as a person. All I can say about Tim is that from our very first meeting, he was genuinely concerned with helping me reach my fitness goals. I explained to him that I had not exercised in a number of years and that I really wished to lose 15 pounds during our time together. Tim told me to follow his instructions without question and he would do everything in his power to help me achieve my goal; I did just that. Now twelve weeks later, I can honestly say that I cannot remember the last time I felt this good. Not only did Tim help me reach my goal, but we blew past it and I wound up losing a total of 23 pounds. Thank you Tim for all that you do!
