- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I don't know that I would necessarily describe it as complicated but, we are not a cookie cutter organization so our pricing is customized to the needs of each customer. We have basic pricing for certain services but when customers call us, we strive to accommodate what they need rather than force them to bend to what we offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initial meeting with the customer, whenever feasible, to clearly establish needs, expectations and answer any questions that the prospective customer may have. We work to establish strong relationships with our customers and never apply high-pressure tactics or gimmicks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are constantly researching new technology, cleaning solutions and techniques. We have a dedicated Quality Control/Training Director who constantly evaluates performance of all employees. Additionally, every team has a trained Team Leader and is closely supervised by our senior management team. Finally, our executive team is constantly in touch with customers to receive feedback about any issues or concerns so that we may quickly address any deficiencies that may arise.
