Had problems with AC running constantly but upstairs never cooled. Brandon arrived on time and got right to work. After inspection found that nearly 25% of my cold air was going into my attic. I was given some options on how to solve the problem. I will be using Daycool to repair the AC issues.

Same Day service, no pun intended. No extra charge. Integrity. From Monica who answered the phone, to Brandon Day, very respectful and on time. Using all forms of communication. I was even sent a photo of Brandon so I would know who was coming. Text just before he arrived. He found the issue right away. It was just a wire that had come loose from the thermostat. He could have taken advantage, I wouldn't have known the difference. Highly recommend. Believe this is family owned and operated. Blessed to have found them. Thank you very much!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $45 diagnostic call. And our repairs are labor plus parts . That way the customer knows what the repair would cost before repair is done. The parts cost the same as anyone could buy at a local store and range in cost between $12-$50. And labor is based on what is having to be repaired. The average repair is $199 plus the cost of the part. When our part is used to make the repair, it comes with a 2 year warranty also!

We come out for a $45 diagnostic to see what issues are being experienced, the we offer a quote for the repair. Fast, efficient and easy.
