Chef Cassie far exceeded our expectations. We recommend her services without reservation! We rented a home on the beach in Gulf Shores. We didn't want to spend a large part of our vacation cooking and cleaning. Nor did we want the hassle of restaurant lines, etc. Chef Cassie was the answer. She listened to our food likes and dislikes, put together a great menu of three-course dinners and several lunches for our group of five. Then she did all the shopping, came to the house (with everything she'd need), did all the cooking, cleaned up everything afterwards to perfection, and left simple instructions for us to follow. The food was terrific and the portions generous. We'd seek out her services again without question.

Chef Cassie is the best personal chef on the Gulf Coast. Her creativity and style is comparable to what you'd receive at any high-end fine dining restaurant, but she caters to your individual tastes in your home. I would highly recommend calling her for any special occasions or even her weekly meal services!

I just spent a week with 19 members of my family in Gulf Shores. It just would not have been the same without the amazing food Chef Cassie provided for us. You would think with that many people it would be hard to please everyone, but we were all salivating just thinking about the next meal to come each night. We requested so many different styles of food and she pulled them all off with finesse. It was like eating out every night without all the hassle of going to a restaurant with a huge group. I definitely recommend Chef Cassie to anyone who loves great food and friendly people.
