John was great! He got held up on another job because of equipment breakdown, but still showed up on a Saturday night to complete my haul away job. He was quick and efficient and really kind. He also told me he does his best to donate as much of the junk he hauls away as possible. I loved to hear that. Will definitely use him again in the future.
