  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All of our trainers not only keep up to date with the latest fitness trends we all possess advanced certifications that require continuing education credits that we all maintain.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    There is a difference between a trainer with just a 'weekend' certification and one with a 4 or 6 year degree. The certified(only) trainer lacks the hours of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and psychology to be a fully effective trainer. At Personal Edge Fitness all of our staff have, at minimum, a bachelors degree in the field if not a graduate degree.
