This is my first ever personal trainer experience, and so far it has been great. I enjoy Tyler “the owner” and his personality is amazing. The workouts so far are simple but will leave you sore! So far I've only have one meeting and workout but I already know that T-Squared Fitness is what I've been needing to succeed. Tyler is the best, be helped modify workouts without taking away the integrity of the workout and helped me stay encouraged the entire time. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is dependent on your goals and your availability. Most of our clients train on the following plan which includes these benefits: 3 sessions/wk with a trainer, nutrition advice throughout training, monthly check-ins to ensure progress is being made, extra workouts/cardio schedule sent to them every week to complete on their own, 24/7 gym access using the door keypad. This plan is $90/week and we have a results or refund policy which guarantees you will reach your specific goals!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Step 1: FREE FIRST WORKOUT- this is an initial consultation that allows prospective clients to see the facility and experience what a training session with us is like Step 2: After Signing Up- after a prospective client signs up, we will then get their nutrition set up as well as their training schedule with trainers for the upcoming week Step 3: ROCK AND ROLL- We're in the full swing of things now and are training 3x/week with a trainer and making progress towards your goals!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I became very interested in fitness in 2013 and wanted to gain muscle and build strength. I was able to stick with it and am still working to grow! I then realized that I was able to explain my understanding of how the body functions and works and how YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR BODY! After this realization I had several people ask me to train them so I decided to do it. Personal transformation has been my life ever since and I absolutely love getting to help someone make progress and reach a goal that they thought was impossible!
