- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All couples that inquire with us for their wedding receive the most recent "Andree Photography Wedding Experience Guide" with various collections or a la carte pricing options. The process of building their list of needs for the overall wedding experience starts there. Any corporate event work is quoted a la carte, based on the specific needs of the event planner. Commercial work is quoted based on each project, as well as licensing needs of the respective individual or company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact, we reach out to our clients to meet in person or video chat. We know that it takes a lot for someone to put their whole trust in us on their wedding day and we don't take that lightly! And when our photography team is able to handle the wedding day, while keeping everyone comfortable and things moving smoothly, the end result is stunning work that couples enjoy for years!!! That's where we shine, that's why we create a personal relationship and get to know our couples on a personal level. We have remained friends and kept in touch with every last one of the couples we've photographed. We regularly spotlight them in our wedding photography guides and our social media accounts. Many have been published in well known wedding blogs and printed magazines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CEO and lead photographer Laura Andreea Graham belongs to Professional Photographers of America and Wedding and Portrait Professionals International. We attend annual conferences and various workshops to learn about new trends, techniques and just meet people and exchange ideas. You don't succeed at anything alone...
