Introduction: Hey my name is Brenda Greene and my partner's name is Janey Hand. I have been cleaning house since 1999. I furnish all supplies, I maintain and supplies and all equpment including vacuum and floor cleaners. I listen to each customer needs and adapt. My motto is "We clean even if it can't be seen. " I am pet and children friendly. I clean top to bottom and all in between, and under things. I am honest, and on time. I would like reach out to potential new clients, during this trying times. I am dillegent in cleaning with bleach and lysol that help combat against the Coronavirus. I added my negative COVID test. I added my COVID-19 Vaccination record card. We do not wear masks because of the cleaning agents.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge alittle more first/one time cleaning, and an extra dirty charge. I am adaptable to customers wants and needs. Prices can be adjusted to fit the job. I have added a cancellation fee, if the job has to be cancelled the customer has 48 hours before the job to inform me or they will be charged $75.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what the customer wants and needs to be done to their house and adapt. I check with the time frame and schedule within that time if possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned/operated superior cleaning service since 1999. I received my bachelor degree in business administration in 2017 from South University Montgomery Alabama.
