- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge alittle more first/one time cleaning, and an extra dirty charge. I am adaptable to customers wants and needs. Prices can be adjusted to fit the job. I have added a cancellation fee, if the job has to be cancelled the customer has 48 hours before the job to inform me or they will be charged $75.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what the customer wants and needs to be done to their house and adapt. I check with the time frame and schedule within that time if possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned/operated superior cleaning service since 1999. I received my bachelor degree in business administration in 2017 from South University Montgomery Alabama.
