I have been a client of Dan's since 2004. He has helped me prepare for both hip replacement and recently, knee replacement. Massage has helped me keep inflammation down, as well as my blood pressure. Gentle exercise through stretching and walking are also in his protocol for me. He has introduced me to nutritional items for my specific needs. He is patient and professional with his clients, especially ones who are aging. He is a positive person and always encouraging to me. I feel very fortunate to have him as my therapist.

Dan helped my wife and me get started with yoga for strength training and flexibility. He was careful to explain everything and advise us how to avoid injury. Workouts were individually tailored to our level of fitness and our needs. It was easy to arrange schedules. We both learned a lot. We would use his services in the future.
