- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call me I take their information set a date and time I can come look at the work. I will take measurements I will talk to the customer and get a idea of what they want done and give helpful tips and and ideas on what may save them money or make the home look better I will then give them a ball park figure and at a later date within 48 hours I will call them back with exact cost of job discussed and explain that any unforseen work such as termite damage or hidden rot may result in additional fees upon observation
