FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices range from $35 to $50 an hr and reduce progressively depending on the number of session desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I will conduct a fitness Assessment. You will receive a physical fitness examination, after which I propose an immediate fitness strategy based on your body type and fitness level. I'll check your overall body weight, body fat ratio, water retention level, bone density e.t.c. I carry with me my workout equipment so clients can train in the convenience of their homes. My sessions include yoga, calisthenics, pilates, athletic movements, boxing, crossfit alternatives and interval running, depending on an individuals fitness level. Each training session is intense enough but not so intense to be overwhelming. Everyone is encouraged to work with their personal skill level. And from your physical adaptation and responses, I'll know when your ready to be pushed into further progress or need to become familiar with the level that you're working at. I specialize in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), mainly for 3 scientifically proven reasons: 1. Anaerobic Training (which is the basis of HIIT), causes fat burn during and AFTER you workout is over. Aerobic training (slow runs, slow jogs, long rest in between exercises e.t.c) only causes fat during DURING the activity. 2. Interval training not only burns fat and creates better muscle tone that aerobic exercise, it creates athletic muscle reaction, which will make you agile, dynamic and strong, and still increase your cardio output so you will not tire easily in everyday life function. 3. Finally, HIIT doesn't take as long so show results. Nutrition is VERY important, so I consistently educate on food and the body. You will receive a food diary, which I will observe at the beginning of every session, and I will teach you with the necessary discipline how to eat within the needed calorie range. I also conduct weekly refrigerator and panty inspections if you want to be that committed. I do incorporate slow movement and aerobic days in a training program because the body, of course, needs active recovery days. This maximizes growth and progress.
