    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      That Shaping U is mostly a Semi-Private-Small Group Personal Training facility! (We still offer 1 on 1) but more clients end up choosing the Semi Private training since its just as good but more affordable. This means that we give clients that one on one attention but there could be 2-3 other clients with the same goals and fitness level in the same session with us. This gives us the ability to offer just $19 P.T... sessions! This is our most Popular Promo-->>> "6 Week SHRED & Tone It Up Project" INFO? Here ya go! This program is Personal Training & Nutritional Coaching at it's best! Shaping U is a Semi-Private-Small Group Personal Training facility....WE SPEND ALOT OF TIME WITH EACH INDIVIDUAL CLIENT....Customizing meal plans and Weekly Results Tracking.......etc. The rates are the lowest I have EVER had them....from $28 per session...down to just $19 per session! So the package gives you 18 PT sessions-you can Week SHRED" --pay in FULL for 6 Whole Weeks-just $342 or --2 payments of just $171 --or 3 payments of just $114 The best part is....if you are seeing awesome kick butt results.....which is USUALLY the CASE! Then I will let you stay at that lowest rate as long as you want to continue.     • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      I take each new client under my wing...and spend a lot of time with them. I help them customize the perfect meal plan according to their Height, Frame Size, & Lean Weight. We also start Results Tracking of Bodyfat..BMI..Weight...and Inches lost. I then start what I call Shaping U 101 with them. This is where I patiently teach them the correct form and way to do several exercises that most NEW clients have the most trouble with at the start. These are exercises like Squats, Bent Over Rows, Lunges, and several Ab type exercises. I make sure they feel comfortable and that they get the best training possible. And of course the best Results possible. Whatever it takes! :)
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      I take a new continued education test every year to Re-New my National Accredited Certification through NFPT (National Federation Of Professional Trainers) 14 Years Certified.
