I would have chosen all of the traits for this Pro. Mr. Norris was punctual gave me an explanation of what was needed to complete the work that was not done right by another (Pro??). He was responsive to all of my questions. I will use him again. very satisfied with his work.

    I am always professional and courtious. I will not ask for full payment until the customer is 100 percent satisfied. I love my job and I enjoy making people's lives easier.

    I normally give a quote and then get started on the work. I will not leave a job for another job until I am complete.

    I have alot of training from my years of working for other people like my father who has been in the business for more than 40 years. I have college education but doesn't apply to my job.
