- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each property requires an inspection. There is not a set price because each account typically has different issues, different layout, additions that the customer desires (sheds, garages, storage, etc).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thorough outside treatment, sweeping down spider webs, crack and crevice service inside the home and educating the customer so he/she understands everything to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple classes to maintain certifications and license.
