FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not give FULL QUOTES until I meet with them and actually see and measure the space to be changed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a preliminary interview with the client and do a sketch of the room or space to be changed. I then select materials and collect my ideas and other thoughts and do a presentation to bring to the clients in the hopes to get the work underway.
