- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that my prices are competitive to the market. i do have a 2hr minimum but I'm usually lower than most. I always strive to deliver quality work to the customer. We do provide senior citizen discounts and veteran discounts. I do understand every circumstance is different, and we try our best to be fair with everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first, I like to meet them and find out where they are experiencing problems. so that we may make sure we have the solution they are looking for that will fit their needs. once we have determined that we have the right solutions, I walked in through the process and have to make decisions that will get them the quality service they need at a fair price.
