Introduction: Its true a lot of people can lay tile but not many are drug free, clean cut, and there to make you happy. I am. I always work hard and put the time in to make your house look like I would want mine to look. I spend the extra time. If you have a deadline I will put in long hours for your desire. I have always liked doing flooring it just caught me. I love my job and love doing what I do and as long as your happy with the work that you do you will always love being at work.

Lonny was very personable and seemed really interested in solving my problem. He promptly got me a good price. However, after I agreed to the price , bought the materials and met him to start the job he said he wanted additional money to remove the old flooring. When he gave me the price it included the old flooring removal. After discussion, Lonny did the right thing and agreed to do the job, including the old tile removal, for the price we agreed on. He did a very nice job, but I was a little concerned that he did not "buff" off the ceramic tile to get the haze off. Instead he suggested that the occupant should mop the floor with a sponge mop to remove the haze. I felt that buffing the tile should be part of the job. Maybe I am wrong. I sure would use Lonny again, but will try to be sure to cover all the possibilities and get an agreement before starting the work.
