Communication is horrible. He was nice upon checking out my project. We scheduled the project to be done 3 days later. He never showed nor contacted me. I called him the next day and all he said was sorry. Scheduled for the following week at 9am. After 9 am and no contact from him, I contacted him and he said he was behind on other projects because of the weather. I understand the weather part, but all he had to do was call me and communicate that before his missed our scheduled time again. So, I felt like he can do good work so I rescheduled again for the following week at 9 am, after 9 with no contact, I contacted him and he said he had a funeral and couldn't do my project. I understand a funeral but he never contacted me before hand. He said he didn't have my name nor address, but it was given to him through the thumbtack website when we first met in the messages part. Ask the question how he came out to my address the very first time we met and he quoted my project is he didn't have that info.I could screen shot our chat if needed..... So somehow I give people the benefit of the doubt way too many times and rescheduled with him this Thursday 7/20 at 9am. This will be the 4th time rescheduled so we shall see if the project gets done and if it complete. Maybe I can get a discount because this is horrible customer service. I do not doubt he does great work by how he talks, but his communication and willingness to come to the job is not good and maybe it means he doesn't do quality work I wouldn't know, we shall see. I may have set myself up for failure, I'll do another review to comment on the job later. I hated to write this type of review because reviews are how businesses survive and thrive but others should know the truth so far and I think rent a husband with this guy knows this is the truth.
