- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a base pricing that starts at $350 for kids parties and $660 for wedding and reception packages.Corporate sound events starts at $750 and large screen video projection starts at $500 while offering discounts for fund raisers, Military families either active or retired, Firefighters, EMS and law enforcement personnel and their families whether or not they are paid or volunteers. We also offer discounts to school teachers and their families.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk on the phone and email back and forth getting all the details then sit down face to face as many times as it takes to get the customer what they want. We do make suggestions and walk the customer through each and every step of the process and go the extra mile.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked on the road with many large production companies over the years, many professional artist in all genres both on tour and during tour organization. I have also worked in radio and TV both as a reporter, a DJ and a journalist. I have also attended Full Sail Audio and Stage school and worked on stages as a tech and an engineer since I was a freshman in High School.
