I met Richard by chance at where I work. We spoke about some fence work that I needed done. As I explained to him I needed someone to come in behind another so called contractor to finish my privacy fence.He came over and looked at what we needed. A few days later he gave me an estimate, that was what we thought to be very good. He began the work and a couple of days later we had to leave town.When we returned the job was complete.We were very satisfied. The biggest surprise was his honesty. When he called about our invoice. He stated that it took less time than he had figured and that he was going to adjust the bill. It's hard to find some of this caliber.We have other things that need to be done and are sure to contact him. If anyone needs an honest and reliable contractor We would recommend Richard.

Best experience I could have ever wanted. Richard was always prompt, courteous, and professional. His prices were reasonable, more so than anyone else I found and he did a better job than I'd imagine they would have. He not only did an amazing job on my shower, he was a pleasure to have around. He got along with my dogs and even gave me advice on my garden. He is truly and expert in all things and I will absolutely go to him in the future with pretty much any home improvement need.

I needed help replacing some fallen and sagging aluminum siding, repair to a porch roof and some heavy yard work done for a rental property. These were small, aggravating jobs that many contractors would not come look at. Richard arrived when he said he would, and gave me an estimate that evening in writing that I thought was very reasonable. He did all the work unsupervised, when he said he would do it, and did a quality job. He also called my attention to a problem that needed to be fixed that I had not noticed. He took pictures and explained precisely what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He is a very personable young man who communicates well. I found him to be competent, trustworthy, and dependable. I am so happy to have found him on Thumbtack and willingly recommend him.

In addition to my years on the job, I built our house in 2015 from the ground up, without any subcontractors.

I learned at an early age helping my father around the house. I also gained a lot of experience working on my first house.
