FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Providing details of the job you're requesting helps me form a clear idea of the job to be done. The more information you can provide, the better. All my estimates are made with the best intention to complete the job at or below the price I'm offering. If you feel the price is out of range, please let me know and we can come to a mutually beneficial agreement if the job is exactly as described.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I strive to contact the customer as quickly as possible. I realize that people are busy and their time is very valuable. I work with them to find the best opportunity to get their job completed. If possible I prefer to speak by phone, as I've found that we can get more details covered in a few minutes of phone time than we can by messaging or texting. However, I always defer to the customer, so if text messaging or the app is preferred I'm happy to oblige.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three years of technical school, and work experience in the electrical field. In addition to that I have done several types of work in other fields. Doing electrical work often requires working with various other trades to complete many jobs. As a result I have done basic plumbing, construction, and some light drywall repair.
