University of Alabama Community Music School

Introduction: UA Community Music School is an outreach program of the College of Arts and Sciences at The University of Alabama. We offer private music lessons for all ages and abilities on any band and orchestral instruments, piano, organ, guitar, and voice. Group classes for adults (beginning - advanced) are also available on violin, viola, cello, bass. Kindermusik classes are available for babies, toddlers and young children ages B to 7 years. The Tuscaloosa Youth Orchestra and chamber music ensembles are offered as well. Private lessons are scheduled TBA with your selected teacher, and occur on campus at the Moody Music Bldg. Summer options also include camps in beginning piano, drums, guitar, violin, cello, and a two-week summer musical.
