We offer weekly classes in Vinyasa flow, Asthanga, Kundalini yoga, and prenatal yoga. Classes are appropriate for beginner to advanced-level students.
We offer classes to all yogis, from beginners to more experienced. As each day changes, so does our yogic practice. Our classes concentrate on bringing our awareness to our breath; this allows each posture and movement to act as a reminder for us to relax, breathe, and smile.
We are committed to creating a space that is healing, fun, and non-judgmental; a place where we can live, grow, and explore together.
