Introduction: My company was founded on the bases of quality work over quantity. With services ranging from handyman services, custom trim carpentry to flooring, interior painting and cabinet installation we can cover your repairs and upgrades. We have a minimum pricing on handyman and small jobs taking 2 hours or less of $150 labor only. This covers the first 2 hours on site, insure fees, & mobilization.

Kevin is very easy to work with, trustworthy and has great integrity. He is licensed and insured, which is comforting when hiring any business. You can’t beat his prices and he is willing to work with you given any unforeseen situation that may occur that comes along with any renovation. He also provides other handyman services that most others don’t. I highly recommend FTC Remodeling and will use them for future endeavors when it comes to any remodeling and handyman services.

The company was a great fit for my project. They responded to my inquiry within minutes of it being posted. They were able to give a quote and were upfront with their pricing. They arrived on time, messaged me prior to and let me know they were on their way and were within the thirty minute window to show up. Once they arrived they got to work, they were able to mount all three mirrors level, securely and evenly spaced. They were both professional and friendly during the interaction. I will be hiring them in the future for projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality over quantity. Onsite credit card payment available. 3% fee when paying with credit card. Taxes do apply. Military & senior citizens discount available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Do an on-site evaluation of work that needs to be done, take notes, go build estimate. If small job $$200 to show up and covers first 2 hours and $40 additional hours. Covers labor price, insurance fees, & mobilization. Does not cover materials.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a construction working family and started at a young age. Developing more skills as the years passed.
