Rolando repaired a drywall crack in the ceiling. He was very professional, courteous and I'm well satisfied with the work.

Excellent job. Awesome price. 100 dollars cheaper than next quote. Cleaned more sections of gutters than required. I would most definitely use Breeden Roofing again. Give him a chance.

Matthew was great to work with. We had a roof leak in a valley where the water slashes into a dormer. Matthew was very knowledgeable and knows how to fix our issue. As well we discussed several other issues we had such as some nail holes that prior construction folks had left and a fireplace flashing issue. Matthew showed up in time each time we met and finished the job on schedule. He was also very quick to respond to my questions.

Mr. Sellers responded to my needs and answered every question I had very quickly. He assessed our roof, that was put on by a local builder. Mr. Sellers said he didnt see any obvious issues but noted a couple of possible areas of concern. He used a special type of sealer to address a couple of the issues and stated that we should wait for a couple of rains to see if it cured the problem. He said if it didn't fix the problem he would send one of his crews to attend to asap. He also said if it did cure the problem then send him a certain amount and thats what the bill would be. I didnt pay him in advance, at his request, until we thought the problem was solved. He appeared very caring and proud of being in the roofing business for so long with a very good record. I have already recommended him to another person to request an estimate for new construction roofing.
