FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Uncomplicated cases can sometimes be handled for a flat fee plus court costs. More complicated matters are handled on an hourly basis. Car wrecks and other personal injury cases can be handled on a contingency fee basis. We accept checks, cash, and credit cards as forms of payment. Depending on the nature of the case, payment plans may be available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing law for 22 years, with a solid track record in the courtroom. I also have an MBA degree, which is helpful in representing clients with business interests, tax problems, or complex financial issues.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became interested in practicing law when I learned that people need help understanding their legal rights. When clients research issues like divorce, custody, bankruptcy, wills, trusts, criminal law, and other legal matters, information found on the internet and advice from friends is frequently wrong. To make the best decisions that will protect your interests, be sure to contact a licensed attorney for advice.
